Membership Makes A Difference
HSAE holds monthly luncheon meetings with guest speakers offering association management learning opportunities. These meetings are held at different locations around Houston as a way to become familiar with various venues. The luncheons are generally held the last Thursday or Friday of each month. Please check our upcoming meetings on this website for location and information on each program.
Membership Categories
Executive Member– A membership offered to any individual association executive devoting a major portion of his/her working hours to association responsibilities. This is an individual membership and is not transferable.
Association Member – A membership offered to any individual association staff person devoting a major portion of his/her working hours to association responsibilities. This is an individual membership and is not transferable.
Industry Partner (Vendors & Suppliers) – A membership offered to any firm that provides products, service or facilitates for associations such as hotels, meeting planners, software companies, insurance and financial services. Each Industry Partner member shall be entitled to two representatives in the Society. This is a corporate membership and representatives may be re-assigned when one leaves the corporation’s employment.
The Industry Partner fee includes all of the educational and networking benefits of membership, AND participation in the Annual Association Day Luncheon (includes exhibit table at event, luncheon sponsorship with logo in program, advertisements and attendance at the event.)** Association Day is held annually usually in the Fall in conjunction with a monthly luncheon meeting.
